The right candidate will possess a strong technical and business background, with demonstrated experience in managing products that have created business value and delivered impact within the B2B and B2C retail industry or similar industries. This role will also partner with the cross-functional technology teams to help define the roadmap, design the future state global solution of delivering a "store in a box" concept.
Manages and monitors project or program schedules, progress and costs to ensure that expected results are delivered on time and within budget. Maintains, adjusts and updates project plans as needed. Consolidates, communicates and ensures resolution of all issues. May develop and collect performance metrics.
Demonstrates a deep expertise and passion for the many facets of human-centered design and user experience spanning UX strategy, interactive design, user research/assessment, prototyping, visual design, and motion design.
Provide project leadership by representing integration development team when engaged with cross functional teams including functional analysts, project management, architecture, infrastructure, and the business customer.
Consults with Starbucks Technology, Office of the CTO, and GRC leadership in the development of a clearly articulated vision, mission, business case and resulting Program Charter for the Disaster Recovery program. Works cross-functionally with business partners, Starbucks Technology partners, suppliers and other teams to ensure successful execution of the program.
Designs, develops, implements, documents, and tests changes to an application subsystem. Codes, tests, debugs, documents, and implements complex software applications. Creates more complex prototypes and ensures deliverables are high quality and meet user expectations.
Identifies and communicates key responsibilities and practices to ensure the immediate team of direct reports promotes a successful attitude, confidence in leadership, and teamwork to achieve business results.
Leads project teams and subteams to develop and implement new programs and process improvements. Manages projects in accordance with Starbucks established program management methodologies. Ensures that multiple projects meet specified timelines and deliver expected results.
Analyzes food safety metrics, audit data, customer feedback, regulator and workgroup input. Supports investigation and resolution of concerns from regulators, retail stores, field QA partners or internal and external customers.
Evolve the long-term food safety and quality strategy to ensure Starbucks stays at the cutting edge of deploying retail food-borne illness prevention strategies and ensuring our products delight our customers.
