This individual contributor will have the opportunity to work on leading-edge gan technology. This individual will contribute to gan development by defining and analyzing experiments for gan processing, with primary focus on driving probe and multiprobe improvements. Assure new technology process integration achieves targeted device performance and robust manufacturing performance. Technical problem solving for issues regarding device performance, yield.
This position will be responsible for project management that results in the timely execution of actions that resolve issues. This individual will be exposed to significant projects that include the automation, installation and maintenance of semiconductor tools and equipment.
This person will also initiate and define process improvements and be responsible for forecasting and maintaining product line budget by working in close collaboration with the product line manager.
Responsibilities could include: frequent analysis of fab process control data, review, release and assist in the troubleshooting of fab processes; participate and assist in managing local audit programs; verify conformance of manufactured ic devices and process materials to relevant tI and customer specifications.
Able to own all aspects of digital physical design like synthesis, scan insertion, pnr, sta timing closure, sI noise analysis, power analysis, reliability analysis, physical verification.
The role involves engaging with other researchers and engineers at kilby labs in an open, collaborative and highly engaged team with a very wide range of expertise.
Create and manage special work requests (swr) for engineering lots including the experimental design, hold comments, automation considerations, resource coordination, and follow-up.
Definition and evaluations of experiments to improve processes, short flow development, product flow creation/review, cross functional team leadership, to support the development, qualification, and manufacturing of advanced analog technologies.
Work closely with field marketing and application teams to provide technical customer support with collaterals, customer visits, technical presentations, workshops, deep-dives, review of customer designs and architectures.
Work closely with marketing, design, test, applications and program management to successfully bring new products from initial concept to rtm with a clear focus on execution.
Lead a team of social community managers who are responsible for the execution of global business, systems, corporate, support, influencer and employee social media program campaigns.
Interface with process, test, product, application, marketing, project management managers and engineers to successfully bring new products from concept to release to production.
