This position is deemed critical to envisioning, creating and sustaining business value realization and performance excellence throughout Standard & Poors. This includes leading project managers, business analysts, business champions and other stakeholders in the development of strategies and operational plans for quantifying and measuring the tangible financial (revenue, cost, capital at risk) and operational outcomes (efficiency, effectiveness, quality) expected from business and technology investments.
