SVP / Regional Commercial Lending Ctr. Mgr.

Manage two commercial lending teams located on the southshore / SE MA focusing on middle market companies.  Annual sales will range from $5MM to $100MM with loan size ranging from $1MM up to $10MM , averaging $2MM - $5MM.   Manage existing portfolio of accounts as well as cross-selling bank products and services.  Oversee a lending staff of approximately 10,  responsible for setting of new business goals, training and development.

Qualifications:

10-15+ yrs. exp. in commercial lending with solid credit and proven business development skills.  Prior supervisory and management skills required.  Formal Credit Trained, 4 yr. degree MBA a plus.  Local contacts preferred
