Manage a commercial lending team in the Metrowest / Boston marketplace and to develop new commercial business focusing on middle market companies. Annual sales will range from $1MM to $100MM with loan size ranging from $1MM up to $10MM , averaging $2MM - $5MM. Manage existing portfolio of accounts as well as cross sell bank products and services. Oversee a lending staff of approximately 6 and responsible for setting of new business goals, training and development.
Qualifications:
10-15+ yrs. exp. in commercial lending with solid credit and proven business development skills. Prior supervisory and management skills required. Formal Credit Trained, 4 yr. degree MBA a plus. Local contacts preferred
