Client Asset Structuring Services Manager – Very Strong Salary + BonusBoston investment management firm is currently seeking a senior level Client Asset Structuring Services Manager with 15+ years of client facing, structuring experience. The Manager will plan, coordinate and oversee client structurings including new fundings, mandate changes and terminations on a global basis. The CASS Manager will: 

• Work with Relationship Managers and Business Developers to understand and negotiate business requirements that will become part of the ongoing servicing of clients
• Ensure all necessary parties and groups are informed and involved in the asset structuring process
• Evaluate the complexity, special requirements and risks associated with each structuring
• Build and maintain strong relationships within the industry to anticipate trends and communicate them to the firm in order to make necessary protocol changes
• Participate in building business tools and reference material to enhance the global structuring effort

 Candidates must have the following qualifications for consideration:

• Bachelor’s degree
• At least 15 years of experience in the investment industry; both client facing and structuring experience required
• CFA/MBA highly desired
• Solid understanding of capital market theory and practice as well as complex investment issues, specifically fixed income
• Knowledge of the investment process, trading platforms and the affects on structuring strategy
• Strong client relationship skills and problem solving ability as it related to client objectives and solutions to meeting those objectives
• Excellent organizational, decision making and project planning skills
• Ability to lead, strong business judgment and communication skills
• Strong presentation skills

 Very strong salary + bonus
