GAAP Reporting Manager

The GAAP Reporting Manager will be responsible to prepare accurate US GAAP financial statements data for the company.  This is required to prepare accurate stand along company US GAAP financials for the Bermuda regulators.

You will be responsible for preparing timely and accurate US GAAP financial statements for the company.

-The position will be responsible for ensuring accurate GAAP accounting has been consistently applied to the financial results of the company

-The position will be responsible for improving the internal controls around financial reporting by yea end 2009

12-15 yrs financial reporting experience

Accounting degree. 

***Insurance experience required***

Strong US GAAP knowledge
