Job description :
Our Client seeks to add a VP/Director level candidate with extensive experience in Smart Order Routing, Dark Pool Liquidity and Algorithmic Trading. Furthermore, this candidate must have extensive experience in the U.S. Equity Markets. This candidate will join their Execution Services and Electronic Trading team providing product strategy and expertise to clients and sales efforts. Furthermore, the successful candidate will serve as a key link between the development of new execution and electronic trading products and client interaction, working to directly bring client needs and product requirements to market.

Who we are looking for :
Requirements: 7+ years experience in execution services and electronic trading. 5+ years experience in Smart Order Routing, Dark Pool Liquidity and Algorithmic Trading. Significant experience in U.S. Equity Markets required. A blend of product development/management and trading experience is advantegous This is a product/business role, understanding of technology is required but heavy IT backgrounds will not be considered. Must have knowledge of execution services and electronic trading as a business. Bachelors degree required Sales experience preferred Experience with Agency Broker Dealers or Investment Banks preferred.
