International Tax/Transfer Pricing Senior Manager - Boston-BOS0005D

We are currently seeking candidates for a career opportunity as a Senior Manager to develop strong relationships with clients and identify opportunities to generate new business; to participate in and supervise multiple and challenging transfer pricing engagements, and to contribute to the delivery of quality tax planning services for our diverse clients.

Responsibilities
Demonstrate an understanding of complex transfer pricing concepts and effectively apply economic/financial knowledge to client situations.

Prepare quality, practical approaches to the clients economic situation and arrive at logical conclusions. Lead in developing recommendations and implementation plans.

Develop and deliver quality transfer pricing and economic ideas with timely and responsive services and work products.

Thoroughly and accurately analyze information and prepare documentation.  Participate in advanced pricing agreements (APAs). Defend transfer pricing in audits.  Lead in the valuation of intangible assets.

Manage the work of client service team members.

Participate in and contribute to attaining team goals.

To qualify, candidates must have:

• an advanced degree in economics, law, tax, or accounting
• a minimum of 7 years of transfer pricing or similar experience
• knowledge of US tax law
• strong managerial, organizational, project management, analytical, and verbal/written communication skills
• the ability to thrive within a fast-paced, professional services environment
