Our client is a Midtown Manhattan based Private Equity Firm seeking a Controller with the following skills, experience and qualifications:

You must be a CPA with at lease 12 -15 years of public/private experience. You will be responsible to the CFO for all financial reporting, audit footnotes, FAS 157, and the re-thinking/re-tooling of their TNR. You must have great management skills as you will have a team of 4-5 people reporting to you. You will also have excellent knowledge of and experience with senior debt and meazzanine debt and private equity transactions.

This is a very senior role with the possibility, if earned, of higher levels within the firm.
