Institutional Fixed Income Sales Opportunity

OUR CLIENT:
Leading fixed income broker dealer that has been in business for 20 years and is experiencing rapid growth. They provide fixed income investment solutions to institutional investors. They also offer Portfolio Analysis services. Great reputation, leadership, and growth opportunities.
SUMMARY:
Responsible for growing market share by opening new institutional accounts through networking and sales activities. Responsible for marketing and introducing all company products and services to new relationships. Focus on developing a “big picture” strategic partnership with accounts to ensure that their needs are being met by the firm and that they are aware of and are utilizing all of the services offered. In charge of coordinating all cross selling and follow up efforts with and between other departments.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Utilize existing institutional relationships to open new accounts for the firm.
• Responsible for building strategic relationships with new clients.
• Introduce and present all company products and services.
• Conduct trades and/or interact with the execution traders.
• Provide marketing and PR feedback to strengthen the position in the industry.
• Utilize in-house resources such as, Regulatory and Education to service the needs of the clients.
• Demonstrate strategic thinking and understanding client’s overall business goals and objectives.
• Follow up and qualify large sales opportunities as assigned.
• Prepare written proposals and presentations.
• Maintain a high level of organization and time management to follow up effectively on all sales and service related activity.
• Meet or exceed all sales goals as assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
* We are looking for an individual or teams that can help our client expand into new institutional relationships.
* Experienced Sales Traders, Account Managers, or Relationship Managers that are well networked in the Institutional Channel - municipalities, mutual funds, insurance companies, corporate retirement plans, etc
* Series 7, 66, and 24 licenses are preferred.
* Over 5 years working in the institutional sector with an established book of business relationships.

COMPENSATION:·
In addition to a benefits package the base 90+k. Total comp will depend on the depth of relationships, experience and competence but will be a strong six figure income.
