This is a boutique firm with offices located in the NYC area, with an average associate production of 100k-700k for non principals and 500k-$ 3 million for principals.

 
1)    College Degree, preferably an advanced degree of professional designation, i.e., CPA, JD, MBA, etc.
2)    Industry designations such as CFP, ChFC, CLU, RIA, etc.
3)    Natural market
-    3 million net worth clients minimum
-    500k investable assets

4)    5 years minimum as a Financial Advisor
5)    Natural sales ability
6)    Documented six figure income
7)    Extremely goal oriented
8)    Desire to be “the best”
