VP / Investment Banking / Capital Markets

Call on C-level executives of public / private companies with annual revenues from $75MM to $750MM throughout the Northeast (Boston to Philadelphia).  Develop new and existing relationships providing a platform of capital markets products, (M & A, Equity Offerings, Private Placements, Interest Rate Swaps, etc.) Industries will include, metal/steel, chemical, transportation, energy, consumer brands.  Originate, evaluate and execute transactions.  10% travel  1st yr. Fee Income Goal - $1MM

Qualifications:

7-10+ yrs. exp. of corporate / middle-market banking experience.  A proven record of sourcing new business with solid execution skills, planning, client relationships, and leading / participating in client presentations.  4 yr. degree, MBA,  with solid analytical skills.
