Corporate Development Manager - M&A

Global Manufacturer of Engineered Products HQ in Cleveland, Ohio is currently searching for a MERGER & ACQUISTIONS MANAGER.  This role will join an already existing Corporate Development group with the focus on analyzing and evaluating identified opportunities, performing all aspects of financial modeling and valuation, preparing and conducting due diligence activities, leading deal structuring and negotiating, leading internal approval process.  This will be the M&A Expert within the Corporate Development group.

We are looking for high potential and high profile candidates that meet the following criteria:

• Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance with preference for CPA / MBA / JD


•  8+ years of of leading an active M&A department within a fortune size manufacturer


• Excellent understanding of all disciplines affecting M&A transactions (finance, tax, legal);


• Financial analysis and modeling skills;


• Strong analytical and negotiation skills;


• Solid work ethic and high motivation level;


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with experience dealing with high level executives;


• Excellent project management skills, with experience in project coordination of medium to large  sized transactions;


• Ability to lead teams;


• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint);


• Willing to travel considerably, as needed, (both domestic and international)
