Tax Manager

International manufacturing organization is seeking an Income Tax Manager preparation of IPO. As Tax Manger you will be responsible for the preparation of federal and state filings, FAS 109 and FIN 48 calculations, technical research and managing a small staff. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience with both public accounting and industry. Exposure to an international environment and challenges you would face. Minimum requirements include holding both Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Master’s in Tax with an active CPA license. Compensation will go to 100K. Relocation is provided with this opportunity.
