JOB DESCRIPTION

Dynamic and fast paced broker-dealer is seeking an Accounting Manager for their team. This is a newly created position. Responsibilities include: 


  • Supervise daily workflow of 2 accountants.

  • Assist with preparation/review of monthly financial statement analysis and related notes to financial statements.

  • Preparation/Review of intercompany transactions and intercompany statements of account.

  • Document and implement controls and procedures.

  • Respond to requests from regulators and external auditors.

    •  


    Looking for individuals that are intellectually curious and hard working.Must be highly organized and a strong analytical thinker. Supervisory experience is required. Prior experience in a highly automated environment is a plus. Prior financial service industry experience is not required.
