Private Equity Vice - President

We are looking for a senior associate / junior vice president

The ideal skill set will include:

A strong educational background – can be pre or post MBA.

Two years of investment banking experience (preferably from NY).

Two years in a middle market (not bulge bracket) private equity firm.  We prefer Chicago or New York in order to provide complimentary networks to our southeastern focus.  We now have businesses as far north as Pennsylvania and as far east as California.

We are looking for a young execution professional that has the personality and the motivation to develop into a partner. 

Aside from the need for additional support for the current fund, we will be raising another fund in late 2009, which will be an important selling point for a professional that fits these criteria. 

We will offer the right candidate both salary and performance based bonus, as well as a share of the carried interest and an opportunity to invest personally.
