International Tax Director

A Fortune Financial Services Company in New York is seeking to augment its International Tax team with the addition of a Senior International Tax Director.

Description:

• US GAAP tax provision for foreign entities on quarterly and annual basis, including Sub F calculation, outside basis difference calculation, OCI and etc. Assist in tax provision software implementation.

• US tax compliance for foreign entities, including F 5471, 8838, 1118 and etc. E&P and tax pool analysis, Sec 987/988 calculation. Assist in tax compliance software implementation.

• Effective Tax Rate analysis and After Tax Measurement Analysis

• Assist in tax initiative planning, execution, reporting and compliance

Requirements:

• 5-10 years experience in international tax compliance




• CPA and/or advanced degree in Taxation 




• JD a plus




• Strong analytical skills




• Proficiency in accounting software




• Team player, self-motivated professional




• Knowledge of spreadsheet and presentation software.




• Possesses strong tax research skills.
