VP Finance / CFO

Billion dollar global high-end innovative manufacturing conglomerate (headquartered in Northeast New Jersey and leader in their industry) seeks entrepreneur with 8+ yrs (CPA a +) (HYPERION SYSTEMS EXPERIENCE, PRIOR MANUFACTURING AND LARGE INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE ALL A MUST).  Provide direction and coordination to financial functions for U.S.  Responsible for maintaining the company’s policies and procedures by providing direction to finance and accounting teams.  Must have strong treasury/cash flow, diversified tax and audit requirements.  Oversee the development, maintenance and control over budget, strategic planning, forecasts, expenses and profitability.  Ensure all accounting/reporting functions (GAAP) are met.  Keep executive level management informed of departmental progress.  Coordinate and support key business initiatives.  Will sit in on board of directors meetings and report directly to global managing director.  Microsoft Office Suite.
