Job Description:

Large Regional Bank Brokerage & Wealth Management Group. One of most respected banks (not in the news) in the northeast is expanding their investments program. They are currently in search of experienced Financial Consultants to cover existing territories. This bank has a top notch program offering great products, services and a full referral program. FCs can also expect at least 50% of business to come from referrals. FC will cover several branches depending on the territory with deposit base ranging from $150M to over $300M. Each territory will also come with an existing book – size will depend on the territory. Management is extremely supportive of the investments program and is willing to assist advisors in any way they can, including assisting in transferring assets, giving advisors clear sales goals, guaranteed qualified investor referrals, licensed bankers to align with and more. Financial Consultants will recommend investment products to customers to meet their financial goals, educate branch personnel on offered products, maintain accurate investment customer records, and develop marketing and promotion plans, conduct presentations and monitor investment activity to ensure customer satisfaction. Compensation: Salary or Draw plus commission (Top Payout is guanteed based on experience and production level. Upfront notes are available to those who qualify. Additional first year bonus to all reps that produce 90% of their T12 from previous year.  

QUALIFICATIONS

Mandatory Minimum Qualifications - Must Have:

Qualified Candidates should have: 3+ years related investment experience; Series 7, 63 and insurance licenses; Clean U4; BA/BS or equivalent work history. CFP, 65 a plus. Minimum $250K production level  

Preferred Qualifications:

400k Plus Producers will have unmatched transition packages and structure. Series 24 a plus. Unloved Wirehouse Advisors Looking to get compensated well, receive referrals and service.
