Service and grow an existing community bank portfolio, consisting of a mixture of commercial business Underwrite a mixed bag of business High degree of community involvement  

QUALIFICATIONS

Mandatory Minimum Qualifications - Must Have:

15+ years underwriting and business development in both C&I and CRE. Underwriting and Credit experience. Track record of community involvement. Community banking background.  

Preferred Qualifications:

Some smaller town and cold weather experience preferred
