Our Client is seeking to add 3 Senior Manager Candidates to join their Financial Services Advisory Practice. These successful candidates will be tasked with aiding in the successful overall growth of Advisory Services.Responsibilities: Lead Management Consulting engagements in Business, Operations and Technology to support and aid in the growth of the Advisory Practice Play an active role in the business development of both new clients and organic growth of existing clients. Engage and work with clients across Financial Services and Capital Markets to assess best business, technology and operational strategies Provide and establish best practices for process improvement to create efficiencies that solidify controls, reduce errors and streamline operations. Lead all project phases for business transformation-process improvement engagements for Financial Services clients Further develop existing and establish new business relationships that lead to continued consulting engagements with Our Client Approx. 10-40% travel. Who we are looking for :
Experience: 8+ years experience in Management Consulting with sophisticated and well respected financial services firms. Demonstrated success in developing new business and growing existing business with Financial Services firms, including opportunity identification and proposal development. Excellent Project Management skill set. Established Project Management Credentials (Six Sigma, PMP etc.) a plus. Demonstrated experience in leading full cycle consulting engagements with an established consulting firm within the Financial Services industry. Excellent background in designing and implementing best practices and process improvement strategies for operations, technology and business within Financial Services. Strong communication, analytical and client relationship skills. Must have an excellent work ethic and the ability to act independently as well as part of a team. Bachelors degree in business or related field required MBA in Finance, Management Information Systems or related field comparable. Whats on offer :
