Our client is a rapidly growing Global Commodities Firm with offices world wide. They are currently looking to add a physical market risk professional for there Stamford Office. Job description :
Our client is looking for hands on physical risk manager who has a strong understanding of the complex trades and dealing with traders on a daily basis. This candidate will have a deep knowledge of the complex trades and making sure traders are not trading outside the risk limits set by the Managers. You will be facing traders daily and digging deep into the complex trades to make sure the products are being marked properlyThis role will require a lot of face to face interaction with traders....a strong hands on person is needed. Who we are looking for :
10- 15 years on the desk experience in physical tradesStrong understanding of the complex physical trades and hedging tools.Knowledge of Risk systems & ability to build your own is a plusPrior commodities experience is a MUST Whats on offer :
