                Senior Management in Risk Adjustment Products

MedAssurant is seeking Senior Management in our Risk Adjustment Products area.  As a vital member of the leadership team, the successful candidate will create strategies and focus their expert level knowledge to lead the design and execution of business products and services. The compilation of experience with infrastructure development, optimizing operational performance and enhancing quality measures will drive your success in our growing company. 


Primary Responsibilities:



  • Develop and maintain an expert level of knowledge regarding products, services, infrastructure, and operations of the Company to achieve optimal insight into the Company’s product development, capabilities, support, and functionality requirements;

  • Lead and be ultimately responsible for the execution of product design, development, implementation, service delivery, and business development / expansion of the Company’s Risk Adjustment business and product lines in such a fashion as to enable market penetration, client satisfaction, compliance with regulatory, quality, accreditation, delegation, and contractual requirements, and the financial performance results of such business line and products;



  • Lead and be ultimately responsible for all process design and execution, procedural compliance, quality assurance measurement and improvement, tracking and reporting pertaining to the Company’s Risk Adjustment product offerings in a timely, accurate, and comprehensive fashion;



  • Coordinate with all resources and personnel necessary to ultimately achieve superior capability, quality, efficiency, success, and financial profitability of the Company’s Risk Adjustment product and service lines;



  • Participate with Company leadership in the strategic development of initiatives to identify product and system enhancements which may improve client appeal, process flow, and overall Company business function,  industry reputation, and financial performance.


Requirements:



  •  MBA or Master’s Degree in a related field required.



  • Demonstrated leadership ability and success managing a product/account management function and staff. Ability to build and to grow a management function.



  • A positive, flexible and self-motivated attitude, with excellent teamwork skills in a multi-disciplinary environment.



  • Strong work ethic and top-notch interpersonal and project management skills.



  • Professional written and verbal communication skills.
