DescriptionKey Role:
Serve as a member of a team and provide resource management consulting services to clients. Provide primary support in the resources arena for the planning, programming, budgeting, and execution (PPBE) system. Review, analyze, and provide recommendations to the Program Objective Memorandum and Budget Estimate Submission. Provide analysis for the technical, managerial, policy, and procedural direction for resource management and financial management process improvements and modernization planning for complex programs and systems. Prepare reports and presentations for clients, colleagues, and senior managers. Develop and perform business, marketing, and client capture strategies and proposals to attain new and expanded Booz Allen assignments. Act as a key technical expert on financial analysis issues, concerns, and special projects.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:  -10+ years of experience as a resource manager or budget or cost analyst -Knowledge of DoD budget and accounting principles -Active Secret clearance required -BA or BS degree required   Additional Qualifications: -Experience with handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
-Experience with directly supporting an administrator or manager  -Knowledge of DoD resource management, financial management, and acquisition laws, regulations, functions, requirements, and systems preferred -Knowledge of financial systems, including PBIS and STARS
