Earned Value Management Analyst, Senior-01080495
Description
Key Role:
Develop and implement earned value management policies and procedures based on ANSI/EIA 748 criteria and industry best practices. Generate estimate at completion (EAC) analysis and support variance analysis, trend analysis, and risk assessment. Develop and deploy tailored training to internal and external clients, including control account managers and program office staff. Use integrated tool suites, including Cobra or MPM, wInsight, and wInsight administrator to generate compliant Contract Performance Reports (CPRs) and customized status reports. Analyze the Integrated Master Schedule for schedule performance and integrate schedule information into the Earned Value Management System (EVMS). Facilitate Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs) and support Joint Surveillance Reviews (JSRs). Work closely with the program management team and the client earned value office to facilitate program management discussions related to program performance, risk, and corrective action planning.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
-7+ years of experience with the application of ANSI/EIA 748 Earned Value Management Criteria
-Experience with earned value tools, including Microsoft Project or Primavera, Cobra or MPM, and wInsight Products
-Experience with generating and analyzing Contract Performance Report Formats 1-5, including writing variance analysis reports
-Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft applications, including Excel
-Knowledge of scheduling, including critical path analysis
-Ability to work with subject matter experts and various stakeholders to design and implement an EVMS
-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
-BA or BS degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or Economics
Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with budget planning and programming preferred
-Experience with budget formulation, justification, and defense preferred
-Experience with government consulting
-Ability to show flexibility, initiative, and innovation to deal with ambiguous, fast-paced situations
-Possession of excellent data gathering, analytical, and problem solving skills
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
-PMP Certification
