Description:

-Prepare and review various workpapers for FAS 109/FIN 48 compliance

-Review company income tax provisions under US GAAP and IFRS

-Apply FAS109 principles to analyze both current and deferred assets, liabilities, and expenses

-Review C-corporation, S-corporation, and partnerships for federal government

-Supervise a staff of Tax Professionals

-Act with respect and dignity in all interactions inside and outside the firm


Requirements:

-Managerial experiences within a public accounting or financial services firm

-8+ years of experience with increasing responsibility

-A Bachelor’’s degree in Accounting

-CPA New York or New Jersey a plus

-A Masters in Taxation a plus

-Familiarity with Corptax software
