VP, CLO Credit Analyst

The focus of the CLO Credit Analyst is to provide oversight of our CLO portfolio. This will involve developing, maintaining and reporting on all analytics and data related to the CLO portfolio. This will include skills on credit risk management, market developments, reporting. Another target is to meet internal portfolio analysis and reporting needs, identify and report portfolio impairment. o The candidate will be responsible for the collateral analysis of our portfolio (organizing, stratifying various loan type part of our CLO portfolio)o Strong knowledge of the high yield leveraged loans, middle market and emerging market loans.o Excellent financial modeling skills are required for this role.o 2-3 years buy or sell-side experience in high yield and/ or leveraged loans is a plus. Who we are looking for :
PRIOR WORK EXPERIENCE The ideal candidate will have 5 years experience in the financial industry, preferably in capital markets and financial services. Excellent modeling and analytical skills are required. Preferred candidates will also have:o Experience in the portfolio management, capital market research, rating agencyo Expertise in Intex, Bloombergo Experience with credit loss, rating agency and third-party credit modelso Good knowledge of structural features of deals (EOD, OC tests,..)
