Turnaround / Restructuring Consultant

Nationally recognized leader in the restructuring profession seeks Executive turnaround consultants. The successful candidate will have opportunities to be exposed to and solve a variety of turnaround situations. Involved in projects including but not limited to: bankruptcies, crisis management, reorganizations and restructurings. Diverse clientele, competitive compensation, benefits and challenging assignments. You will provide financial analysis regarding restructuring and turnaround services for underperforming companies and their stakeholders; Analyze business transactions and restructuring strategies; Prepare analyses and reports for clients to assist in understanding business operations; Prepare financial models to track and report company performance; Review financial statements and company’s forecasts to determine an outlook on the company’s future; Assist clients in various areas such as claims management, cash management and data analysis; Prepare client presentations and proposal material; Prepare industry analysis, conflict checks and analysis on business specifics; Examine and identify the fundamental causes associated with the underperformance of our clients’ companies and address critical operational and financial issues; Provide expert opinion on improving liquidity and operational results for our clients’ businesses ; Identify potential tax, auditing and reporting issues related to restructuring of a company’s balance sheet or operations; Function as a liaison between the appropriate tax or auditing professionals and clients to provide comprehensive business solutions; Develop and maintain client relationships while identifying new business opportunities, fostering an environment for new business development and responding to changes in client expectations and the business environment; Assist clients in creating effective solutions to improve their productivity and reputation in the worldwide marketplace.Requires  experience in debt restructurings and business turnarounds. MBA, CPA, CFA, CTP, or CIRA preferred. Experience with all aspects of restructuring, including Chapter 11 proceedings
US bankruptcy experience preferred. Audit and tax experience with big four firm. Bachelors degree required.
