Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis

Our client, an emerging leader in their specialized field of pharmaceutical drugs, is expanding their financial team.  The position of Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis will provide financial leadership for the business through the preparation and effective delivery of insightful and timely business and financial analytics in a dynamic growth atmosphere.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in accounting, finance or economics, MBA is preferred. 
• 7-10 years of progressive FP&A experience in a Brand, Generic or OTC Pharmaceutical environment. 
• Experience should include but not be limited to budgeting, forecasting, business performance tracking and trends, and new business analytics. 
• SAP experience is a plus.

Duties:

• Lead the annual budget process for the business and generate all required reports, schedules and presentation materials. 
• Assist in the monthly and quarterly financial closing and reporting process, generate ad hoc reports and analytics as needed. 
• Prepare monthly management reporting package.
