A top tier international investment bank seeks a Compliance professional to oversee their client on-boarding division. 

The firm seeks a compliance professional to enhance this division. 

The Compliance Manager will assess the current On-Boarding program, make recommendations for improvement, and implement a streamlined unified on-boarding process. 

The Compliance Officer will then oversee this function. 

Appropriate Candidates should have 7-12 years of experience with KYC, CIP, AML and other key practices involved in the client on-boarding process. 

He/she should also be familiar with the account documentation related to the on-boarding process including new account forms, ISDA documents (when appropriate), etc. 

The firm is most interested in candidates who are also able to manage effectively and possess the ability to look at the big picture. 

This is a management/executive level position and the compensation will be commensurate with experience.
