Mission and Main responsibilities
- Support new product innovation (P&L development, challenge go to market assumptions, etc.)
- Evaluate effectiveness of marketing activities
- Work cross-functionally with business teams to challenge and support the decision making process as it relates to our product portfolio
- Assist in planning and tracking marketing budgets
- Responsible for Budget Control
Job Dimension
- Support the Marketing Team in analysing the brand strategyes and go to market
- Support 2/3 of our major Brands
- Responsible of a Budget of $100 m USD

This role provides financial support to our brand teams to analyze performance of our brands, evaluate new product initiatives, and drive profitable growth. This person will interact with many areas of the company such as R&D, Marketing, Planning, Manufacturing and Supply Chain.
Professional Experiences and Functional Competencies needed
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration/Accounting/Finance
- 2 years finance experience in the CPG industry
Managerial Competencies and Personal Skills needed
- Strong analytical, communication, and organization skills.
- Expertise with DSS/Essbase and Excel
- Strong Interpersonal Skills
