Controller, High Growth 6FJ2009 - 0831

We are seeking a Controller to join a high growth services company in Atlanta, GA.  This middle market company is in the midst of rapid growth and is building the framework to support a combination of organic and acquisitive growth which will contribute to this business expanding exponentially over the course of the next several years.  This will include the implementation of proper infrastructure needed to support such growth, such as systems, the formation of processes and procedures, and the assembly of a dynamic and highly capable team

This person should have a CPA and possess string technical accounting skills.  Ideally this person will have a solid base of knowledge and experience pertaining to GAAP and FASBs.  This person will be expected to work hands-on with a small team but will also be called on to contribute as a strategic partner to the CFO and the rest of this small executive management team.  Acquisition and integration experience is preferred. 

Compensation will be competitive and will include an equity stake in the business.  Candidates should reside or be willing to relocate to the Atlanta.
