Prestigious entertainment media conglomerate headquartered in Northern New Jersey seeks entrepreneur (MBA a must, CPA a +) with 8+ yrs public (Big 4 a +) and private combo, hands-on experience to manage and supervise high-powered team; responsible for diverse analytical functions: coordinate entire budget, strategic planning, forecasting, business and variance analysis processes.  Background needs proven accomplishments and achievements for driving profitability.  Evaluate current procedures and services and understand how they contribute to profitability while being a visionary.  Evaluate and advise on long-range strategic planning, trend analysis and introduce new programs/strategies.  Develop systems and processes to upgrade and support key business initiatives.  Coordinate cash flow projections and analyze revenue streams.  Communicate and interface with sales and marketing divisions on weekly basis.  Monitor quality and productivity and ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial information.  Administer the organizations annual operating, investment and capital budgets.  Analyze and interpret financial results and direct the development of financial management reports/procedures and present findings and specific recommendations to organizations’ board of directors and senior team members.  Report directly to President/CEO.  Strong MS Excel.
