Bank Compliance Officer & Bank Examiner AVP/VP in New York and/or Connecticut

Investment bank seeks a Compliance Officer for their banking division. 

The person should have solid banking Compliance or bank regulatory experience (preferably with the Federal Reserve) 

He/she will be involved with the following: 

Assist in the management of bank examinations and regulatory inquiries 

Track and monitor bank regulatory and legislative developments and prepare 
briefing memos 

Update and draft bank compliance policies and procedures
