Coventry Heath Care is currently seeking candidates for the following rewarding positions in our Moon Township, Pennsylvania office:

Senior Director, Accounts Receivable (Medicare or Health Insurance Products)

As the Senior Director of A/R for the Medicare (Part D and/or Medicare Advantage Plans) Accounts Receivables you will have the opportunity to lead and manage a operation serving multiple health plans.

This includes:

Developing strategic, operational and tactical business plans and aligning people and processes to achieve business goals
Leading and developing managers and teams
Building and maintaining collaborative relationships with internal/external customers and business partners
Developing and managing department budget; controlling expenses while meeting operational, financial and service requirements
Facilitating change effectively

Job requirements include:

Bachelor´s degree or equivalent experience
Significant experience (usually 7-9 years) managing and leading managed care operations (i.e. A/R, lock box processing, billing and payment reconciliation, Medicare collections)preferred
Demonstrated leadership and motivation skills
Strong independent strategic decision making ability
Strong financial management and A/R experience (10-15 mill plus)
Demonstrated expert process and project management ability
Excellent time management, organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
Strong influencing, negotiation and analytical skills
CPA is a PLUS
Ability to create, design and communicate overall strategies for servicing internal and external customers
