Duties & Responsibilities:
· Identify new credit and incentive programs for existing client base.
· Lead general client relationship building/retention efforts.
· Research & Development of new state credit and incentives.
· Coordinate and direct appropriate resources to assigned client accounts.
· Own/coordinate client project resources and/or overall general PM responsibilities.
· Train, mentor, and develop staff to key performance goals and retention metrics.
Qualifications/Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related Taxation degree. CPA and/or JD preferred.
· 7+ year’s experience within a senior consulting or public accounting firm.
· Specific experience/exposure with new/developing business tax credits and incentives.
· Successful candidate should have leadership qualities enabling him/her to create a highly functioning, efficient tax team within the department.
