Commercial Team Leader - Workouts / Special Assets ...

Position Description:

This position is primarily responsible for leading a team of three commercial bankers in the Workout area of the bank.

            Leadership ability is Key!

            Negotiating, formulating and execution of action plans that meet the Bank’s objectives for problem credits involving Commercial Real Estate and C&I Credits.

            Evaluation and analysis of complex financial information, loan documentation, collateral and legal issues, including: capital structures, collateral valuations, bankruptcy, and litigation.

            Manage and dispose of assets acquired through the collection process

            Timely and accurately identify, risk ratings, accrual status, and loss potential for problem credits.

Qualifications:

This position requires someone that is a hungry for a leadership role with extremely solid credit skills.

       Innovative and Critical thought process – Strong problem solving ability.

       Minimum of 10 – 15 years working in a Bank or similar financial institution
