Exciting opportunity at a rapidly growing Investment Banking/Restructuring Firm. Our client, a New York City based boutique investment bank, is looking for a Global Investment Banking professional with 15+ years of experience focusing principally on international M&A advisory, corporate restructuring and distressed asset transactions.  The Investment Banking professional needs to effectively source, manage and execute deals by leveraging their relationships with various financial institutions. Engagements span geographically from China & Korea to Dubai and across industries from Telecomm, Energy, Real-estate to Media and Computer Technology in the middle market space. The candidate needs to be a self-starter and feel comfortable working independently in an entrepreneurial setting.
