Sr Manager Quantitative Analysis and Strategy

We are looking for top tier talent with bulge bracket IB Analyst or Associate experience.  We are looking for someone who has had top tier IB modeling and sensitivity analysis experience, especially related to retail or high volume environments.  We are looking for someone who has very sophisticated financial analysis/ financial modeling / sensitivity analysis and critical thinking skills.  This role is with an internal consulting team analyzing the efficacy, margins, fit with strategic plans and ROI on all business initiatives throughout every aspect of the corporation. 

In addition to the very strong combination of: exceptional quantitative analysis skills, financial modeling skills, we are also looking for someone with great communication skills and presentation skills, persuasion/ selling skills.  We are looking for low ego to achievement ratios, and no intellectual arrogance.  The focus of the analysis, recommendations and implementations will be both Domestic US and International business initiatives.   This is a high impact team affecting strategy in an internal consulting team role.  We are looking for top tier educational backgrounds including related quantitative advance degree work post the IB analyst or associate work.  Our base salary budget is $90-100k plus 15% target bonus with leverage opportunity on the bonus (team realized bonus usually much higher than the target).
