Assistant Treasury

Growing Financial Services organization is seeking an Assistant Treasury for expanding operations. As Assistant Treasurer you will be responsible for all regulatory and banking compliance issues. Duties will include the assisting in the development of financial strategies such as derivatives, debt covenants, acquisitions, portfolio management and the determination of risks both domestically and abroad.  In addition you will be responsible for developing and maintaining existing relationships with investment banks and credit rating agencies.  As Treasurer you will also be responsible for working across all teams including M&A, Tax, Legal and Accounting. To be considered for this role you must have a minimum of 9 years of experience in a Treasury function, MBA or CFA is required and have an expert working knowledge in pricing and valuation of derivatives. Compensation will go to $130K plus bonus. Relocation will not be provided for this role.
