Director of Financial Reporting

International organization is seeking a Director of Financial Reporting to support existing operations. In this role you will be responsible for the preparation of sec filings, technical research and ongoing assessments to internal controls. In addition you will be responsible for contract agreements, cash flow analysis, foreign currency transactions and managing a small team.  Interested parties should have a minimum 8 years of experience in both public accounting and industry, active CPA license and exposure in large multi-national environments. This position also will require some light travel. Compensation will go to $140K plus bonus. Relocation will not be provided for this opportunity.
