The Manager of Business Analysis will be in charge of the financial management reporting for the subsidiaries in the Americas, with a special focus on Latin American countries. The Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis will oversee regular P&L review and analysis of the business trend, maintain various offline reports for management and lead the budgeting and forecasting process. Key responsibilities include: Performing technical/compliance checks of the data submitted by affiliates with IFRS and financial rules: Verifying the compliance of intercompany declarations with the companys standard cost principles and process Ensuring that accounts and countrys are input in accordance with the companys information system. Act as the companys information system key contact: Validating Brand Market Combinations and standard costs calculation Ensuring the accurate creation of simulation at constant rates for any given scenarios and updating users access and their security levels. Write monthly financial comments and interpretation of business trend versus previous year and budget for Americas Top Management and Headquarters. Provide the subsidiaries with instructions regarding the financial reporting. Assist the CFO in defining and presenting business plans to be reviewed by Headquarters. Perform multiple technical supports and training for business analysts on the reporting system and "Hyperion Financial Management" system. Lead reporting and budgeting process for Americas subsidiaries Assist the audit and consolidation team during consolidation periods and/or for internal audit within subsidiaries. Who we are looking for :
The ideal candidate for the Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis will possess the following: MBA and/or CPA Minimum 3 years experience in an accounting firm dealing with audit procedures (ideal external audit background), including planning, techniques, test and sampling methods involved in conducting audits An ability to gather, evaluate facts and to prepare and present concise oral and written reports An ability to establish and retain effective working relationships with other staff and to communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing Very good knowledge of Excel, Hyperion (ideal) An open-minded/flexible personality/work ethic An ability to work unsupervised Bilingualism (Fluency in English, Spanish desirable) Whats on offer :
