Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelors degree and at least 10 years of experience plus one or more of the following:

- Experience as a Controller or Accounting Manager in a government contracting environment.

- Hands-on experience in preparing incurred cost submissions, contract close-outs and unbilled receivables.

- Understanding of rates, both direct and indirect.

- Strong familiarity with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), CAS, DCAS, DCAA.

- Experience preparing for and managing DCAA audits.

- Deltek/CostPoint a plus.

- Big 4 experience a plus.
