Do you have experience researching and applying technical accounting guidance, and drafting financial statements and related disclosures? Do you have a passion for leveraging your exceptional skills and knowledge to assist companies with their technical accounting needs?

Resources Global Professionals is looking for talented technical accounting professionals to assist clients with technical accounting and process initiatives.

Our successful SEC / Technical Accounting professionals for our St. Louis office possess the following experience and skills:

• 4-year degree.
• 10 or more years of experience.
• Experience with publicly-traded companies.
• Recent experience researching and applying technical accounting guidance (FASBs, EITFs, SEC Staff Accounting Bulletins, Accounting Policies and SEC Comments Letters, etc.).
• Recent experience drafting financial statements and related disclosures for SEC filings (10-Ks, 10-Qs, S-1s, etc.).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• A strong desire for project-based work.
