Description


Responsible for the revenue growth of a specific market within a division of the Consumer Bank, comprised of numerous banking centers and their leaders consisting of Consumer Market Managers, (CMMs), Banking Center Managers and their associates. Accountable for the markets overall sales, service, operations and associate performance results. Strategically manage and coach CMMs and banking center managers to deliver balanced performance surrounding sales, service and operations throughout the market. Create a business plan and action plans to drive profitability and deliver against goals; use relevant factual data to drive accountability; develop and implement market share growth strategies; manage salary and expense budgets; oversee policy and strategy implementation for the market; prioritize and communicate key initiatives; ensure operational excellence.

Continuously recruit and develop world-class, diverse, talent at all levels of the organization. Develop retention and growth strategies that result in high retention rates and associate satisfaction in the market. Develop relationships with key partners in marketing, customer service, fulfillment, associate readiness, finance and human resources.

Conduct and/or oversee CMMs conducting the Structured Coaching Process for Banking Centers. Identify and grow key talent within the market; manage associates to deliver high quality sales and service to customers resulting in high customer satisfaction, Inspire followership and execute plans with the highest degree of ethics; ensure banking center associates build and execute on individual development plans; collaborate with other lines of business to ensure cross functional cooperation, execution and development. Complete and manage all Human Resource functions including but not limited to performance appraisal and incentive recommendation processes for Regional Sales, Service and Operations Manager as well as Banking Center managers. This position reports to the Region Executive.




 

Qualifications
Qualified candidates must have 7+ years experience in leading and managing high performing sales teams within the financial services industry or other retail businesses. The candidate must be someone who is recognized consistently as a high-energy, positive agent of change who leads by example. This person must also have strong financial acumen, and understand how the financial markets impact the retail banking business. The individual must have an exceptionally strong track record in growing the business, leading people to perform, driving execution and sustaining intensity and optimism.



Individuals possessing knowledge of the market, Consumer Banking Center channel experience and/or CME experience will be considered stronger candidates.
