VP / SVP Restructuring

We are currently seeking to recruit talented individuals at the VP and Senior VP levels for our growing restructuring practice.

Our approach is to focus on business areas where our unique skills and expertise enable us to deliver increased value to our clients. As a result, we have established leading positions in a diverse range of market segments and regions internationally.

Our group operates globally and brings together the advisory, wholesale structuring, broking, underwriting and funds management capabilities.

Working with some of the best in the business, you will be involved in all facets of transactions that will be both challenging and rewarding. Our firm brings a unique approach to the restructuring business combining experience in advising both debtors and creditors as well as focusing on opportunities to put capital to work. We are expanding the restructuring practice throughout the US, especially in New York. We have over 30 years experience in restructuring and corporate advisory services to corporations and creditors dealing with stress, distress and bankruptcy. North America is one of our key growth markets. You will be working on transactions across industry and product areas with senior, highly-skilled specialists in a true team environment.

To be successful, you will:

• Have previous experience in Investment Banking, Hedge funds or Private Equity




• Have experience in restructuring, leverage finance or debt capital markets




• Be regarded as an outstanding performer amongst your peers




• Have excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise at all levels




• Be commercially astute and have a strong understanding of business issues




• Demonstrate leadership qualities
