Controller - Private Equity

Prestigious Private Equity firm located in midtown Manhattan is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Controller. This position will handle all aspects of accounting and reporting for the fund and investors. The position reports directly to Senior Partners and is an outstanding opportunity to forward your career in Private Equity.

Requirements:

• Familiarity with Private Equity fund and deal structures

• A mixture of both public accounting and private equity accounting (5-7 years)




• Familiarity with partnership tax reporting
  




• Management company experience a plus




• Big four audit experience a plus
  




• CPA a plus

Salary is 90-100K with a 20-30% bonus. Package includes outstanding benefits.
