Finance Director - 68560

Intuit seeks a Director of Finance to lead a significant change effort for the finance function. This position will lead the creation of a centralized team (center of expertise or COE) that will perform a number of finance functions currently resident in the business unit and functional finance organizations. The automation and standardization of these functions driven by the COE will generate efficiencies in Finance and other functions. This person will plan and drive the transition, including the customer SLAs, definition of key processes and FP&A staffing.

The director will report to Intuits Vice President of Finance and Treasurer and will work closely with members of the finance team.
Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent experience (MBA preferred)

10+ years experience in high tech and/or software business

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with ability to think on feet

Outstanding business acumen

Prior FP&A experience in a business unit and a headquarters function strongly preferred
