JOB DESCRIPTION:

TriStaff is partnering with one of the largest and most successful global leaders in the Software Industry here in San Diego, California to search for their V.P. of Global Tax.

We can help you get your foot in the door and start your career with this Global leader.

Job Duties:

Reporting to the CFO you will be responsible for providing strategic tax leadership and execution of global tax strategies. You also will be responsible for all areas of U.S. and International income and non-income tax reporting and compliance representation during global tax inquiries and examination to include research and planning for the company .Additionally you will supervise a small team of 5 to 6 Tax Professionals

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Only Candidates from the Software Industry will only be considered.

• CPA –Required with Masters in Tax desirable






• 10 to 15 years of experience in Taxation preferably Global Tax






• SOX, SF109 for SEC companies






• Strategic Tax Leadership






• Software Industry Experience Preferred






• U.S. Federal Consolidated Returns






• Multistate Income Tax Returns






• Federal and State Estimated Payments and Extensions






• Foreign Income Tax Returns






• Revenue –Based Taxes






• Foreign GST and VAT Taxes






• Support for Expat arrangements and other Comp tax matters






• State local and foreign , Property Tax Returns.
