Fast track your career with this position! Our client seeks a strong SEC Reporting Manager to lead the preparation of its external financial statements. As a key member of the Corporate Accounting team, you will also provide technical accounting advice and guidance on emerging accounting, reporting and business issues. Selected responsibilities: Lead the preparation of external financial statements, including the implementation of new SEC filing requirements and accounting standards Perform research in technical accounting and financial reporting matters and stay current with changes in relevant technical guidance Assist with writing, implementing and maintaining corporate accounting policies and procedures. Coordinate with global finance organization to ensure consistent and accurate implementation of accounting policies, particularly for complex US GAAP matters Coordinate and facilitate the work of external auditors Who we are looking for :
Bachelors in Accounting/Finance/Business with roughly 5-8 years of experience; candidates should have a mix of public + private experience. Ideal candidate will be a Senior Accountant or Accounting Manager in a mid-size public company who wants to join a larger organization with more growth potential. Naturally candidates must have relevant SEC/External Reporting experience to be considered for this role. Whats on offer :
Target salary of $110 plus bonus and benefits depending on experience
